My Order is Marked as Paid But I Never Took a Payment

Is your Order marked as paid but you never actually took payment for that Order? The Order may have accidentally been processed as a Virtual Terminal Payment.

To check this, go to the Payments Tab of the Order. Under Transaction ID, there should be a long number that you can use to find the payment in your Payment Gateway. If the Order was marked as paid through Virtual Terminal, it will say Terminal Payment.
