Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the options in Backoffice to filter and organize Orders. To find a specific Order or Orders, Spoonfed offers a variety of parameters by which to filter the Orders and see only those that fit into the group. This is useful for making Reports for only a certain types Order(s).

 

Using Order Search Filters

Start in the Order Module.

Click on the Filter button to expand and see possible options. Please Note: By default, a new session will display filters showing a date range of todays date. Additionally, other custom Order filters may be created based on your needs, see the Custom Field Filters section for more info.

Order Number

Type an exact Order Number.

Created Date From/Created Date To

A date range when the Order was created on the system.

Order Date From/Order Date To

A date range for the Order fulfillment date. By default, a new session will show this date range as todays date.

Hot/Cold Orders

If an Order was marked to be served Hot or not.

Campus

Search by Locations.

Approval Status

Order Approval Status. This feature must be enabled for the account before the relevant filter will be shown. Please see, the Authorizer Section.

Site

Search for all the Orders created for one Site. This feature must be enabled for the account before the relevant filter will be shown. (An account must have more than one site)

Order Flow

Filter to see Order Flow options..

Custom Field Filters

Any Custom Fields you've included for Customers to select at checkout can be filtered to only view Orders with those chosen options. Please see Custom Order Fields for more info.
