Start at the Invoice Tab of the Invoice Module.

Find the Invoice to add a Credit to.

Click the Eye Icon to view the Invoice Details and Edit.

Scroll to the bottom and find the section labeled Allocations and Credit Notes.

View the Payment Allocation and click the link to view more details and add or remove the Payment Allocation from the Invoice and other Invoices.

The Invoice Name will start with an A then list the invoice number.

The Type will say AL for 'Allocated'.

Invoice Date lists the date that the Credit was applied.
