If you have Multiple Sites set up, you can also set up multiple Payment Gateways to account for each Site. This way, each Site or Location is responsible for tracking their own payments.
Keep in mind that you must already have these multiple gateways activated to set them up on Spoonfed.
Once set up, the first added site will become the default payment. Click the drop down to select the Site and then the Add Account button on the image, above to create a form to enter details for the Site.
