365 Catering (Spoonfed) - Why Can't I Void an Invoice?

Purpose

This article outlines the resolution for the reason of not being able to void and invoice in 365 Catering (Spoonfed) systems.
 

Process

Invoice has Payment Allocations

If you try to void an invoice, and see this message in place of the Void button, you need to first remove the Payment or Credit that is allocated to the Invoice.

If you don't see the option to Void an Invoice and it has no Payments Allocated the feature to Void Invoices might not be turned on.
