Spoonfed - Customer Login and Registration

Purpose

 This article guides the customer through the customer login and registration process.

Process

Watch the tutorial videos or follow the typed out instructions below to login to your existing profile, register a new account, or reset your password.

Start on the Online Ordering Page

Whether you have to Login, Register, or Forgot your Password, click the Login button at the top-right of the page.

Then, follow the steps under the Login section to login to your existing account,  the Register section to create a new account, or the Forgot Password section to reset your password.

Login

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Customer Account.

  2. Click Login.

  3. Enter your Email and Password.

  4. Once all the information is entered, click Login. You'll be taken to your Profile.

  5. Now that you're logged in, you can click Create New Order to start a New Order.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, click the Forgot your password? link to the right of the Back to order button. Enter the email address you need a password reset link sent to.

To create a new password, click the create a password link under the Forgot your password? link. Again, enter the email address to send a Password Reset Link to.

Register

  1. Click Register if you are a New Customer.

  2. Fill out the required information including your Name, Email, and a Password.

  3. Once all the information is entered, click Register. You'll be taken to your Profile.

  4. Now that you're registered, you can click Create New Order to start a New Order. If you were already placing an order, you'll continue to the Checkout Page.
