Purpose

This article walks a customer through how to reset their password.

Process

To reset your password, follow the steps in the short tutorial video below or the typed out step-by-step instructions.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click Login at the top-right of your Ordering page.

  2. Click Forgot Your Password.

  3. Enter your Email Address to send a Password Reset link then click Reset Password.

  4. A green confirmation box will appear to indicate that the email was sent.

  5. Go to your email and find the Password Reset Email. In the email, click Reset Your Password.

  6. Enter the new password in the space provided from the link (Password must contain 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 special character).

  7. Click Set Password.

  8. Once saved, a green box confirms that the password was reset.

  9. You can now Login!
