Purpose
This article is to explain the function of External Authorizations/Authorizers in the Authorization Dashboard for Spoonfed Customer Module. Please note: This feature must be enabled by a Customer Success Specialist.
Process
If you are set up as an Authorizer, when a customer places an order for approval you will get an email notification.
Click "Manage Approvals". You will be taken to the Spoonfed Online Ordering website where you will be prompted to sign in to your profile.
Navigate to the "Approvals" tab.
Select the checkbox next to the order number.
Click "Approve" or "Reject".
The customer and catering team will immediately be notified of your decision.
