Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the automated process for Operators who would like to use the Payroll Deduct Import Process. The automated Payroll deduct system will automatically update the list of employees and add (new employees) based on the input list we receive from the import file.

 

 

Purpose

  1. The Operator will fill out the file for upload using the attached GMA Upload Template.

  2. DevOps will create the folders based on the Customer's Location. Example architecture is as follows: Location A and Location B of Org A wants to use this automatic upload then raise a ticket for Devops to create the folders in structure.

  3. DevOps will create the credentials (Username, password and private key) based on the customer ask.

  4. DevOps will generate the credentials for SFTP with Private key that has access to only the org & locations where they should have access to only.
