Purpose

This article details the information that is housed in the Account Funding Detail report. The Account Funding Detail report gives a detailed view of all funding events that took place at a location over a specified timeframe.

Selection/Filter Criteria

• Report Name (required) - Single report selection
  
  
• Location List (required) - Multiple selection of location is allowed
  
  
• Date (required) - Dates can be selected based on the following:
  
  1. Custom Range
  2. Yesterday
  3. Today
  4. Last 7 days
  5. Last 30 days
  6. Last 60 days
  7. Last week (SU-SA)
  8. Last week (SA-FR)
  9. This week
  10. This month
  11. Last month
  12. Current and Previous Month
      
      
• Time Range - Optional - Has a hh:mm format (24 hours)
  
  

Report Details

• Location - The place where the transaction occurs
  
  
• Time - Date and time of the transaction
  
  
• Consumer ID - ID of the consumer
  
  
• Consumer Name - Full name, including first name and last name, of the consumer
  
  
• Amount - Amount of transaction which was not voided or declined
  
  
• Method - Payment method such as credit, debit, etc.
  
  
• Trans ID - Based on the location where the transaction occurred and the consumer who did the transaction
