Purpose
The purpose of this article is to provide information on proper policy & procedure when adjusting consumer account balances within ADM, as well as to outline the process for completing consumer account balance adjustments.
Process
To adjust a consumer account balance, follow the below process:
- Login to ADM
- Ensure that your Org selection is the correct one for the consumer account.
- In the main menu, select Admin, then select Consumer from the resulting drop-down menu.
- The Consumer Search page will now appear. Input the required information to find the account in question, then select the Go button.
- The search will load for a few moments. When complete, your search results will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on the consumer account's first or last name to access the Consumer Account Summary page.
- From the Consumer Account Summary page for the account, scroll down until you see the Balance(s) section, and select the Adjust button.
- In the Adjust Balance popup dialog, adjust the balance to the required balance.

- Click Save, then Save again on the Account Summary page.
