ADM - Reporting - Account Adjustment Report

Purpose

The Account Adjustment report shows account adjustment details and other transaction details for a specific consumer for selected locations and a specified date range. It can be run for a single day or multiple days, and can run for single or multiple locations. 

The columns for this report are as follows: 

  • Date: Date of account

  • Location: Name of the location

  • Adjuster ID: Adjuster ID of that account

  • Adjuster Name: Adjuster name of account

  • Customer ID: Consumer ID of account

  • Customer Name: Consumer name of account

  • Action: Action whether it is increment or decrement

  • Before: Before amount the account

  • After: After amount the account

  • Amount: Difference between 'After' and 'Before' amount

  • Reason: Reason for account adjustment

  • Reflect On EFT: Column displays whether reflecting in EFT

 

Selection/Filter Criteria

  • Date Range (required) - Dates could be selected based on the following:
    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 60 days
    • Last Week (SU-SA)
    • Last Week (SA-FR)
    • This Week
    • Last month
    • This Month
    • Current and Previous Month
    • Custom Range

  • Time Range (optional) - Has a hh:mm format (24 hours)

  • Location list (required) - Multiple selection of location is allowed

  • Active Locations Only (optional checkbox) - select only active location

The following settings are also available on the report page:

  • To Excel & Export to Excel: User can export the report in Excel format

  • Print & Export as PDF: User can export the report in PDF format

  • Schedule Report: User can schedule the report with 'Daily,' 'Weekly' and 'Monthly' frequency in Excel / PDF format

  • Important Note: You will not see the ‘Schedule Report’ button if the report is for the ‘Custom Date’ range or for 'Today'

Schedule the report for the specific date range and for the specific frequency with specific file format. User should receive the report in email with valid data in valid form as expected.

 

Report Details

  • Date - Date of account

  • Location - Name of the location

  • Adjuster ID - Adjuster ID of that account. This may be listed as the ID of the person who made the adjustment, or the ID the kiosk or device involved in the adjustment.

  • Adjuster Name - Adjuster name of account. This may be listed as the name of the person involved in the adjustment, or the name of the device involved in the adjustment.

  • Customer ID - Consumer ID of account

  • Customer Name - Consumer Name of account (first and last)

  • Action - Action whether it is increment or decrement

  • Before - Amount in the account before the adjustment

  • After - Amount in the account after the adjustment

  • Amount - Difference between 'After' and 'Before' amount.

  • Reason - Reason for account adjustment

  • Reflect On EFT - Column displays whether reflecting in EFT
