Stockwell - Age Verification Setup
Updated

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to describe the setup and configuration of the Age Verification Feature enabled through ADM, for use on Stockwell and/or PicoCooler Vision devices. Age Verification is a system that allows a consumer to complete an age verification process to purchase age-restricted items like alcohol.

Process

  1. Before the Age Verification feature can be configured, it must first be enabled at the Org level. To do this, please reach out to your 365 Account Rep. Once they submit your request, you will receive an email from our Fulfilment team, requesting you to sign the Alcohol Disclaimer form via a secure signing platform (RightSignature).

If you'd like to see a copy of the disclaimer in advance, please contact your 365 Account Rep, but do not sign it until the form is emailed to you from Fulfilment.

Once the document is signed and submitted, the team will enable Age Verification for your Org. If you are unsure if Age Verification is enabled, please contact 365 Support for questions regarding the Age Verification feature.

  2. Once you have confirmed the setting is enabled for your Organization, navigate to ADM > Location Summary. Navigate to the Location containing the device that needs Age-Verification turned on. Then click the blue banner, Click here for location information and settings ( + ), to expand configuration settings.
