Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline the conversion process for a PicoCooler Breeze to a PicoCooler setup. Please note: this process may remove both IGD Scanners and Speaker components. If these components are to be saved, please disconnect and handle them appropriately.
Process
- Disconnect the Power cable from the back of the cooler. Remember to reconnect the power once done.
- Remove the Speakers. The speakers are connected to the CDU located on top of the Cooler. A ladder/stoll may be required to easily access the Cooler top depending on orientation. The speakers are connected by a USB and an Audio Cable (plugged into a green port on the back of the CDU). Disconnect both cables.
- Disconnect the IGD Scanner. Disconnect the micro-usb cable connected under the first shelf. Please note: Older style scanners may have the connection screwed in to the underside of the shelf. Should unscrewing the scanner jostle or shift the shelves, please level the cooler after removal.
- After the Evermart/IGD Scanner device has been removed, the 365 Implementation team will change the device type in ADM. This process may take a few minutes.
- Once the device type has been changed, the Pico Device will need to be reprovisioned. The Implementation team will assist with re-provisioning as needed.
- Once re-provisioning is complete, the device will be configured as a standard PicoCooler.
