The purpose of this article is outline our standard visitor policy for our Troy Michigan office.
Envoy Visitor Tracking Process
We have expanded our Envoy integration at 365 Retail Markets to allow a more convenient use process for visitors. Effective 09/15/2024 this new process will be required for all visitors to the Troy 365 Retail Markets HQ.
- Managers should submit a ticket to the IT Helpdesk requesting Visitor badges prior to their arrival. IT can then provide visitor badges for each visitor to the responsible manager to distribute upon their arrival.
- All visitors must come to the lobby at 1743 Maplelawn to sign in (Please enter the building on the South side of Maplelawn).
- Signing in consists of scanning the QR code provided in the lobby – the iPad has been removed and is no longer in use.
- Upon scanning the QR code with their phone, the visitor will be asked their name, phone number for contact in case of emergency, and the individual they are visiting.
- Upon entering that information, an email and a Slack will be sent to the employee hosting the visitor. They will need to come and retrieve the visitor at this time and provide a chaperone for them while on site.
- Manager should distribute the Visitor badges obtained from IT for the visitors to where while on site.
- When the visitor leaves the facility, the manager must reclaim the visitor badges for disposal.
