Navigating the Academy

This is the main homepage of the Academy. As of now, no courses will show within Featured Courses.

If you run into any issues within the Academy, you can email 365AcademySupport@365smartshop.com which is also notated in the bottom right corner.

Dashboard

This is where you can find all course and learning paths that you are enrolled in.

When you complete courses within a learning path, they will also show up here as individual courses you can take.

Catalog

This is a list of individual courses that anyone can choose to enroll into.

Note: It is recommended, if you are new to 365 Retail Markets, to take the learning path(s) that you were initially enrolled into as it will provide the proper order in which to take the courses as well as provide a certificate of completion of that path.

Also note, there is an option to filter the courses by category to make it easier to find what your are looking for.

Navigating a Course

• Some courses make take longer than others to fully load.
  
  
• Screen Resizing: If the course slides are not fitting to your screen, then you can either zoom in or out by holding down the CTRL key while scrolling with your mouse wheel. For laptops, hold the CTRL key while at the same time pressing the + or - keys
  
  
• In the bottom left corner of a course, you have the option to restart if needed.
  
  
• All slides in a course must be viewed before the Continue button in the bottom right corner can be pressed.
  
  
• If you fail the quiz at the end of the course, you can either retake only just the quiz or choose to restart the entire course.
