Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline the steps to replace one of the camera components in a Stockwell 2.0 device. The Stockwell 2.0 uses a series of nine cameras and AI machine learning to determine what items were taken by the customer.
Replacement Process
Tools Needed
- Philips head screwdriver
- Small Nail puller, flat head screwdriver, knife, or other flat tool (to wedge/pry the buttons out of the clear lens protector)
Steps
- Enter Service mode on the Pico device.
- Tap the top, left side of the screen of the Pico 5 times to enter the driver menu.
- Enter your Driver PIN or ADM email and password.
- Select 'Start Service Mode' - Both doors will unlock and remain unlocked for 30 mins.

Remove buttons from the side of the clear strip protecting the cameras.
- There are 6 of the black buttons that need to removed, 3 on the front side and 3 directly across on the opposite side. You will need to feel around on the backside for the buttons.

- Carefully pull plastic camera cover forward and remove it.
- Remove the 2 screws from the side rail.
- Gently push the metal rail aside, side with the light attached, out slightly to maneuver the camera out.

Carefully unclip the cable from the back of the camera

Connect the new camera.
- Gently push the rail aside and tuck the camera back in, line up with holes drilled into the rail, and attach the camera with screws
- Next, take the plastic cover and realign with bottom of the cabinet.
- Reinsert the black buttons on both sides of the plastic guard.
- Close the store and exit service mode. Run a test transaction and have 365 support confirm the camera is properly working and positioned correctly.
