Purpose

The Stock app by Parlevel Systems is available for mobile devices on the App Store and Google Play store for vending and micro market operators, drivers, and technicians to use while servicing machines and markets. This article details the processes for servicing both external and Parlevel markets using the Stock app.

Servicing Parlevel Markets

When you log into the Stock app, all routes that have been Started or are Ready to Start are displayed. The routes available to you will depend on your role and route assignments.
To view the locations on a route, press the route name. The address for each location will be displayed here, as well as the number of machines/markets per location.
The next stop on your route is listed at the top. Tap the location to view the market(s) that need to be serviced, next to which you will see Not Serviced.
- If you need to service a market that you do not see on the route, then the market still needs to be added to the current instance of that route, which can be done in the VMS.
The next machine to be serviced is listed at the top of the list. Tap the machine name to service it.
- Parlevel markets will have the additional option to be serviced from under the kiosk's Driver Login. This option is unavailable for external markets (example, Markets with IDs starting with EXT), which can only be serviced via Stock.
- Unlike vending machines, Markets cannot be DEXed, and therefore only have the option to Manual Parlevel.
When you are finished servicing the market, the Manual Parlevel button becomes the Inventory button.
To adjust the inventory, use the Add and Subtract buttons.
To adjust the product par level, tap Parlevel, and enter the adjusted par level.
To adjust inventory shrinkage that displays on the VMS Machine Waste Report, tap the downward caret ﹀ and enter values for the added quantity (Add field), and subtracted quantities (Expired, Damaged, Lost, or Refunded fields).
Tap Save.
Tap Save All.
