Purpose

Customers can send forms to AV Live Operators from Pay Plus and Pay Plus Omni devices to report issues or concerns. Operators can view these forms and issue coupon codes from AV Live.

Process

Upload a Contact Us Form

1. Press the Help button from a Pay Plus or Pay Plus Omni device, which will take you to the QR code screen.
   
   
2. Scan the QR code with your phone, which will take you to the form.
   
   
3. Fill out the form accordingly.
   
   

View Forms in AV Live

1. Select Contact Us from the My Company drop-down menu.
   
   

2. Review all the uploaded Contact Us forms from all of your machines.
   
   

Issue a Coupon

To issue a coupon to the person who submitted the form:

1. Click Coupon.
   
   
2. Complete all the coupon information.
   
   
3. Click Save. The Coupon will be texted and emailed to the consumer.

To keep track of which forms have received a response:

1. Click Edit next to a form.
   
   
2. In the popup window, complete these fields:
   
   
   1. Responded On date
   2. New Status
   3. Whether a service call was performed for that machine
      
      

Receive Contact Us Form Notifications

1. Select Users from the My Company drop-down menu in AV Live.
   
   
2. Select Edit next to the user that you want to receive email notifications.
   
   
3. Enable Email Notifications and Notify of Contact Us Forms.
   
   
4. Click Save.
