Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the steps to acquire and setup TestFlight on mobile hardware devices for use in installing Apple apps.

Prerequisites

• An iOS device running iOS 8.0 or later
• A valid Apple ID

Process

1. Install the TestFlight app from the Apple App Store
   
   
2. After installing TestFlight, check your associated email for the invitation email. Open the invitation email on the iOS device you downloaded TestFlight on.
   
   
3. In the invitation email, tap on the TestFlight link provided by the developer. This will open TestFlight on your device.
   
   
4. Once TestFlight is installed, tap on the Redeem button in TestFlight.
   
   
5. Enter your Apple ID and password if prompted.
   
   
6. The app you are invited to test will appear in TestFlight.
   
   
7. Tap on the Install button next to the app you want to test. The app will start downloading and installing on your device.
   
   
8. Once the installation is complete, tap on the Open button to launch the app.
   
   
9. Use the app as you normally would and provide feedback to the developer using the TestFlight app.
