Overview

This document will provide information about the PicoCoffee hardware device, which is a small-footprint point-of-sale device specially designed to operate with automatic coffee machines with MDB enabled. The Pico can be connected via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or Cellular (SIM)  

 

 

Ordering the PicoCoffee Device

For this process, the service company is to work with International Team to order new stock. For Rollema and RBC Group, this would be done via inter-site transfer. Once the operator submits their order via Jira form, it is pushed to the service company. 365 will provide the serial number(s) of the PicoCoffee device(s), the device stand and SIM card. 365 pushes to sales to be processed.

 

SIM Setup and Billing Process

Service provide will follow the agreed procedure with 365 Operations to maintain appropriate SIM card levels.

Operators will receive a recurring fee from 365.

 

SIM Cancellation

If an Operator decides to cancel connectivity via SIM card prior to twelve months, they will still need to pay for twelve months since it is a binding contract.

There is no penalty for early termination but will still have to pay for twelve months. After twelve months, one can cancel the contract every month.

Termination MUST be sent on or before the 20th of the month. To cancel, an email with the SIM card number must be sent to Kirsty Bain

 

Installation and Self-Provisioning of PicoCoffee

The PicoCoffee stands will be shipped with the Pico Device and will be plug-and-play.

Service providers will mount the Pico to stand and ship to the operator

Picos need to be provisioned by service provider and will ship to the operator as inventory units and the operator will be in charge of staging.
