User Interface Issues
Drink selected on Coffee machine, But not Displaying on the UI
If the customer has selected a Coffee on the machine, but it is not displaying on the PicoCoffee UI, there may be an issue with MDB requirements of the coffee machine.
Ensure the coffee machine meets minimum the MDB requirements, then contact the coffee machine OEM to check appropriate cashless settings have been configured on machine.
Compatibility Issues
To access the compatibility components, follow these steps.

Unscrew the 4 screws on the back upper shell of the stand, using a #2 Phillips head screwdriver
- Remove the front half of the shell. The following cables will now be visible:

- Connect the independent power supply (provided) to the connector on the PicoCoffee unit. This is done by mating the red coded wires together. Make sure the clip on the power connector is lined up and hooked to the tab on the cable.
- Locate the MDB connection cable, which is connected to the PicoCoffee. It can be identified by the blue tape wrapped around one end. Plug this cord into the coffee machine. If the cable is not long enough, an extension cord has been provided in the packaging for this device.
SIM Card Issues
- Remove the front half of the shell

OEM Coffee Machine has lost power
Do I need to use the provider power adapter at all times?
Yes. The power adapter will ensure PicoCoffee remains powered at all times, even if the coffee machine loses power
This provides power to the device itself, which is separate from the coffee machine.
Connectivity
Transaction
Offline Transactions are not available for the PicoCoffee.
Transactions are not available if the PicoCoffee is in offline mode.
How do I enable PicoCoffee for full market "Scan & Pay" functionality after my purchase?
This is a paid add-on service. Contact 365 support for this request, your unit will then be updated to full PicoCoffee+ functionality.
