Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline install and configuration steps for a Zebra printer. More information can be found on Zebra's support site and the Install Zebra Printer Using Driver v5 article.
Process
- Go to the Zebra Printer Support and Downloads page. Download the Printers latest driver if needed.
- Click on the model of Zebra printer used.
- Once selected, go to the Drivers tab, select the driver needed, and begin the download. This download may take 1-5 minutes depending on available network speed.
- Once the download is complete, run the install wizard file (the .exe just downloaded).
- Click next until the program asks you to read and agree to the License agreement. Check the box, then hit next.
- Uncheck 'View Release Notes' then click Finish
. - Next, select 'Install Printer', then select the required driver and click Next.
- Select the required port channel connecting the Printer to the PC. If your printer is connected with a USB 2.0 Cable, select USB.
- Click Next. Then click Finish to complete installation.
