This article provides an overview of our Live Chat option for Support.

FAQ

Which brands offer live chat?

365 Retail Markets, Avanti Markets, Parlevel, Lightspeed, CK, Airvend, Stockwell, 365 Catering (Spoonfed), 365 Kitchen Management (Kafoodle), Impulsify, and Insights & Activation.

Can I still email, call, or use the web form for support?

Yes, all other contact channels will remain open.

How do I use live chat?

You can start a chat via the web or from your mobile device by navigating to https://help.365retailmarkets.com, ADM, AVLive, ImpulsePoint, 365Ops app, or Parlevel VMS website, and using the chat widget in the bottom-right corner. We are working on more ways to get to this widget in the future.

You can also start a chat from the 365Ops app by tapping on the Support tile near the bottom-right corner then tapping the Chat button to start a chat.

To ensure we provide you with the most accurate information and connect you with the appropriate Support team, you will be prompted to select the Brand and Product you are inquiring about.

You can interact with our Support bot by typing in your inquiry—the more detailed, the better. We've enhanced our 365 Bot to deliver more accurate responses. We recognize that there may be instances where the bot doesn’t fully address your needs, so we’ve implemented measures to ensure a seamless connection to a live agent when necessary.

We are working on continued improvement and accessibility of where you can get your support. In the near future, you can expect this brand-new widget to be available in our AMS websites.

Any change to how I use the HelpCenter?
