Purpose

This article gives a step-by-step guide to changing Ingenico IPP320 HostURL. 

Process

1. Click the Pound symbol (#) button to access the Admin Menu
   
   
2. Click the number 5 button, which will give access to the Setup Menu
   
   
3. You will be prompted for the Admin Password. Type 1, F, pause a second, then type 1,1,1,1,1,1,1 (seven times), and then press the green button
   
   
4. Click the number 2 button and it will give you access to the Communications Menu
   
   
5. Click the number 3 button and it will give you access to the Ethernet Menu
   
   
6. Click the number 3 button and it will give you access to the Host Setup Menu
   
   
7. Click the number 3 button and it will give you access to the HostURL1 submenu
   
   
8. Enter the address T.APRIVA.COM and then press the green button
   
   
9. Click the red button 3 times
   
   
10. Click the number 3 button to enter the TLS Menu
    
    
11. Click 1 to Test Connectivity. After selecting this option, the device should briefly display "connecting", "connected", "receiving", "succeeded"
    
    
12. If the Test Connectivity has a success message, we advise a test transaction to verify
    
    
13. If the Network Requirements are met, a success message will display after the Test Connectivity was executed
