Purpose

The purpose of this article is to show how to hide certain items on Kiosks and Mobile Order Ahead Menus in ADM. This can be useful when certain items on Dining Menus should be made exclusive to the order head system and exclusive to the kiosk as well.

Process

1. Login to ADM, navigate to the organization assigned to your account.
   
   
2. Click on Menus.
   
   
3. Locate Self Service Menu.
   
   
4. Select the Menu in Question.
   
   • If a location only has 1 menu, there will only be 1 option.
     
     
5. Find the Item in Question.
   
   
6. Click the small arrow at the very end of the item. The item price should be to the left of the arrow.
   
7. Look for Exclude from Menu.
   
   
   • In this example we are using Coffee, it has been excluded from the kiosk and can only be ordered from the Order Ahead App
     
     
8. Once you have selected kiosk or order ahead, then scroll down to the bottom of the menu and click “Save”. The item is now hidden from the menu and made exclusive to either the Ready Touch Kiosk or Order Ahead menu.
