Purpose

This article outlines the analytics report that provides information on route efficiency and effectiveness.
 

Process

  1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
     
  2. Navigate to Analytics.
     
  3. Select Customers.
     
  4. Select Account Sales.
     
  5. Select desired date range.
     
  6. Select desired device types.
     
  7. Click the green play button to pull the report.

Table Columns

Each row in the table is a separate account.

VMS - Account Sales

  • Name: Account name. Clicking the name loads that specific account's Location Sales for the set date range.
     
  • Type: Account type. Available options are: All", "Commercial", "Consumer", or "Government".
     
  • Cash Sales: Total cash sales reported within the set date range.
     
  • Cashless Sales: The total cashless sales reported within the set date range.
     
  • Total Sold: The total value of products sold within the set date range.
     
  • Daily Average: The reported daily sales average within the set date range.
     
  • Cash Collected: The total cash collected within the set date range.
     
  • Total Collected: The total cash and cashless sales collected within the set date range. Cashless sales are "collected" from service during Route Consolidation.
     
  • Total Revenue: The total cash collected plus cashless sales reported within the set date range.
     
  • Locations: The total number of locations assigned to this account.
     

Charts

  • Cash/Cashless Sales - A graph comparing Cash Sales and Cashless Sales for accounts based on the highest Total Sales within the set date range.
     
  • Daily Average - A graph of the Daily Average for accounts based on the highest Total Sales within the set date range.
