Purpose

This article outlines the Location Sales report that shows a collection of total sales separated by each location. Each row in the table is a separate location.
 

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Customers
   
   
4. Select Location Sales
    
5. Select Date Range
    
6. Select POS Type
    
7. Choose a Route.
    
8. Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Totals (Primary Statistics)

These categories are above and to the right of the other columns. They include:

• Total Cash Collected - The total cash collected across all locations within the set date range.
  
  
• Total Sales - The total value of products sold across all locations within the set date range.
  
  

Table Columns

• Name: Location name. Clicking the name loads that specific location's Machine Sales for the set date range.
   
• County: County address.
   
• Route: Route name, to which the location is assigned.
  
  
• Cash Sales: The total cash sales reported within the set date range.
  
  
• Cashless Sales: The total cashless sales reported within the set date range.
  
  
• Total Sold: The total value of products sold within the set date range.
  
  
• Daily Average: The reported daily sales average within the set date range.
  
  
• Cash Collected: The total cash collected within the set date range.
  
  
• Cashless Collected: The total cashless sales "collected" from service during Route Consolidation.
  
  
• Total Revenue: The total cash collected plus cashless sales reported within the set date range.
  
  
• No. of POS: The total number of sales assets installed at the location.

These chats include additional information, and are located below the primary table:

• Total Sales - A graph comparing Cash Sales and Cashless Sales for locations based on the highest Total Sales within the set date range.
• Daily Average - A graph of the Daily Average for locations based on the highest Total Sales within the set date range.
• Collections - A graph of the Cash Sales vs Total Collected for locations based on the highest Total Sales within the set date range.
