Purpose

Using the video above and the steps below, you will discover the best way to activate products in your VMS that you use in your vending or market operation.

Process

1. In your VMS, navigate to Settings > Warehouse > Products.
2. Search for a product using identifying keywords using the search filters, typically in the Product or Brand fields.
3. If the product you need does not appear, select the Status dropdown on the far right and change to the Inactive or All status.
4. Find the product you needed from the extended search results.
5. Click Inactive on the Status dropdown for that product, which will change it to Active.

Congratulations, you've activated your product successfully to be used in your VMS operation. It can now be put into machines and logged in inventory.
