Purpose

The video above and the article below explains how to modify a product's attributes in the VMS, singularly or in bulk. 

Process

For a single product

1. While logged into your VMS, navigate to Settings > Warehouse > Products. 
   
   
2. If you are editing a single product, filter for it using the search bars at the top of the page, and then click  on the right side to enter the Product Edit screen. 
   
   
3. You may modify most of the attributes listed on this page, unless the field is greyed-out. 
   
   
4. Click Save Changes to make sure your edits are applied to the product. 

For multiple products

1. While logged into your VMS, navigate to Settings > Warehouse > Products. 
   
   
2. Use the filters to narrow down the visible products to only the products you'd like to modify. 
   *Please be advised that the bulk change will affect all products that have appeared as the results of your search.
   
   
3. Click Options > Bulk Edit. 
   
   
4. On the blue row that appears beneath the regular headers, you may enter the new value for the attribute you wish to modify, which will adjust that value for all products showing on-screen.
   
   
5. A yellow arrow will appear in that column for all values that will be changed. You can scroll through all the affected products to ensure that only necessary changes will be made.
   
   
6. Once you're sure about the changes to be made, click Save in the top right corner.
