Click your username at the top right corner of the screen.

Select Company Settings from the dropdown menu.

To make any changes to the settings, click Edit in the upper right area of the screen.

Make any changes necessary in the settings tabs.
To enable the Office Coffee Service (OCS), Warehouse, and Micro Market modules, contact Customer Success.
- Click Save in the bottom left corner of the screen.
The following are the tabs available to you in your Company Settings, and what some of the most commonly used settings do.
Billing Info
From the Billing Info tab, you can view and edit your company billing and other contact information, as well add as a primary company logo, if applicable.
Financial
From the Financial tab, seen in the image below, you can set credit card fees, two-tier pricing and fees, and company expenses, along with other settings that affect the commission reports.
Some commonly applied settings are:
- Two Tier Type Flat Fee Default: For setting the default Two Tier Fee applied to your machines.
- Include Credit Card Sales: For allowing the use of Cashless sales in calculating Commissions Reports
Route Planning
From the Route Planning tab, you can set the number of historic services used for forecasting. You can also toggle the Daily Forecast (DFC) factor column and the Fill to par column, as well as other settings related to your routes.
Some commonly applied settings are:
- Account for Change Added in Over/Shorts: Accounts for change added in Stock by the driver in over/short calculations.
- Audit Scheduling: For enabling the ability to audit machines/kiosks. This must be enabled in the Advanced tab of your routes' settings, and is then able to be selected as a Service Action when planning machines for a route.
Prekitting
From the Prekitting tab, you can toggle which information is required or displayed during prekitting.
Some commonly applied settings are:
- Force Calculate Prekitting: For allowing users to recalculate prekitting for updated quantities, and forcing every selection to be generated in the prekitting list, even those whose amount is 0.
- Combo Prekitting Bulk Machine Types/Product Families: For allowing customized combination bulk and tote prekitting.
Quickbooks
From the Quickbooks tab, you can toggle and adjust settings regarding for integration of the VMS and Quickbooks.
OCS
From the OCS tab, you can view and edit the company name and additional settings for your OCS company. This is also where you can view the OCS fee that is added to invoices, and where the equipment rental tax rate is recorded.
Driver
From the Driver tab, you can toggle options available in the Stock App, affecting what is displayed and required of drivers when servicing machines/markets.
Hover over the next to each option to see the tooltip explaining it.
Some commonly applied settings are:
- Enable Curbside DEX: For allowing the use of remote-requested Curbside DEX.
- Money Bag with Barcode/Numeric Only: For forcing the marking of Money Bags in Stock by scanning the bag's barcode, or manually entering the bag's number, depending on your preference.
- Enable Manual PL Button: For enabling the use of a Manual Parlevel to forcibly mark a machine as serviced if it is unable to process a Fill DEX.
Market
From the Market tab, you can enroll for a Merchant Account, change the default Wallet Reload Values for Koin, or set the default Currency Format for your markets.
Some commonly applied settings are:
- Merchant Account Registration: This form is required in order to allow Micro Market users to reload their Wallets through Koin.
System
From the System tab, you can adjust a number of important settings affecting your vending operation, as well as hide sensitive information from users whose roles are not Managers.
Some commonly applied settings are:
- Use Meters for Offline Consolidation: For allowing the use of cash meters when consolidating offline machines.
- Use Prekit Sequence: For enabling Prekit Sequencing to override machine layout in favor of warehouse layout. For more information, see our Prekit Sequence article.
