Purpose

The snapshot feature displays machine information that allows you to see how your business is performing. This article explains the information available in the Snapshot reports in detail.

 

Business Snapshot

The business snapshot displays past and current information about sales, inventory, and services for each machine.

  1. Click the Vending tab.

  2. Select Snapshot from the drop down menu.


 

Explanation of column information in the Business Snapshot from left to right

  All column titles are clickable to change the order of the list, and can be used to search or filter using those parameters.

  • ID: The asset number assigned to the machine. 

  • Route: The route the machine is assigned to. To display machines only on a certain route, choose a route from the drop down menu at the top of the column.

  • Name: The name assigned to the machine. The machine name is a clickable link that opens the Machine View. 

  • Location: The location that the machine is assigned to. The machine location is a clickable link that opens the location details page. 

  • Type: The machine type.

  • In machine: This indicates how much money is in the machine. This is only available for online machines.

  • In Coinmech: This indicates how much money is in the coinmech. This is only available in online machines where the machine provides the information, and a specific firmware version must be installed on the telemeter to retrieve the coinmech information.
    To see if this option is available for your machines, contact Parlevel Hero Support and specify the machine model(s) and device ID(s).

  • Inv. %: This shows how full the machine is. This information is only available in online machines.

  • Inv. Value: Monetary value of the inventory currently in the machine. This is only available for online machines.


  • Daily Avg.: The daily amount sold on average. This is only available for online machines.

  • Yesterday: The amount sold on the previous day. This is only available for online machines.

  • Avg. Service: The average amount collected during services. This is available for online machines with either Collect or Service & Collect as the action type.

  • Avg. O/S: The average amount over or short the machine is after servicing. Red is short. Green is over. This is only available for online machines.

  • Last Collected: The amount last collected from the machine. N/A is displayed for machines that have not been serviced at all.

  • Last Service: The date for the last time this machine was serviced. 

  • DSLS: The days since last service. 

  • Sold Outs: The number of products currently sold out. This is only available for online machines.

  • In Service: This column indicates whether the machine is Queued, Serviced, or Not Planned. 

  • Last Comm.: The last date and time the DEX communicated with the VMS. This is only available for online machines.

Business Sales Snapshot

The Business Sales snapshot displays the sales information for the current and previous weeks.

  1. Click the Vending tab.

  2. Select Sales Snapshot from the drop down menu.
    Alternatively, you can also access the Sales Snapshot directly from the Business Snapshot page by clicking the green Sales Snapshot button on the top right of the page.

  • $ This Week: The amount sold during the current week. This is only available for online machines.

  • $ Last Week: The amount sold during the previous week. This is only available for online machines.

  • $ Day Avg This Week: The daily average sold during the current week. This is only available for online machines.

  • $ Day Avg Last Week: The daily average sold during the previous week. This is only available for online machines.

  • $ Collected This Week: The total amount collected per machine during the current week.

  • $ Collected Last Week: The total amount collected per machine during the previous week.

  • Last Service: The date of the last service per machine.
