In your VMS, your Alerts are viewable by clicking the icon on the top right of the overview screen. To make a tech ticket, you can click the dropdown on the far right of the appropriate alert, and select Create Ticket.
The following pop-up modal will prompt you to enter some basic information for the Ticket: which user you'd like to assign it to, the ticket type, subject and description fields, as well as an email field to indicate whom you would like notified when the Ticket has been closed.
You can view, edit, or delete your created Tickets under Vending > Tech Tickets.
