This document is an explanation of the basic analytics for cashless reporting with your ParPay+ Nayax devices.
ParPay+ Transactions
To access the Parpay+ Transactions page, navigate in your VMS to the Analytics tab > Cashless > Parlevel Pay+ Transactions.
Options will allow you to export the information displayed as a .CSV file.
You can select a date range to narrow down the results of your transactions. In the image below you will see the default columns, each of which can be used to filter specific results. What column information is shown can be toggled on and off via the Toggle Columns dropdown at the top left of the page.
This is an explanation of each column, from left to right:
- ID: This is the unique ID of the transaction.
- Device ID: This is the device ID of the telemeter that took the transaction.
- Machine: This is the machine that took the transaction. It is a clickable link that will open the machine modal.
- Location: This is the location that the machine is assigned to.
- Amount: This is the amount of the transaction.
- Two Tier Fee: This is the amount of any two tier fee charged per transaction.
- Payment Type: This is the type of payment used for the transaction.
- Card #: This is the card number of the card used for the transaction. It will typically only have the last four visible for card confirmation purposes.
- Status: This is the status of the transaction, which is typically Settled.
- Confirmation #: This is the payment processor's reference number for the approved transaction.
- Authorization Time: This is the timestamp of when the payment processor approved the transaction.
- Settlement Time: This is the timestamp of when the transaction was settled. For most operators, the Settlement time will be the same as the Authorization Time, unless your devices have a setting enabled for pre-authorization amounts, in which case the Settlement Time will be dependent upon the bank clearing the pre-authorization hold.
ParPay+ Fundings
To access the Parpay+ Fundings page, navigate in your VMS to the Analytics tab > Cashless > Parlevel Pay+ Fundings. Upon first pulling up this page, select an appropriate date range to view deposits, indicate in the dropdown whether you'd like to view approved, paid, or any fundings, and then click the green .
Options will allow you to export the information displayed as a .CSV file.
This is an explanation of each column in the report, from left to right:
- Funding ID: This is the unique ID of the deposit.
- Status: This is the status of the deposit, and will either be Paid or Approved.
- Report Date: This is the date that the payment period ended for this funding.
- Paid on Date: This is the date that the deposit was paid out.
- Transactions Begin Date: This is the beginning date of the funding period.
- Transactions End Date: This is the end date of the funding period.
- Amount: This is the amount of the funding.
- Convenience Fee: This is the total amount resulting from your PP+ devices' two tier fees, if applicable.
- Processing Fee: This is the payment processor fee for all transactions as per contractual agreement.
- Pre Offset Total: This is the balance of the deposit adjusted to reflect the above fees.
- Applied toward Balance Due: This is the amount of the deposit that was put towards the Parlevel Balance Due, if any.
- Deposit: This is the final amount that was actually deposited. Please note that a minimum of $5 is needed to make a deposit. If the deposit does not meet the minimum, it will roll over into the next funding period and be paid out then.
ParPay+ deposits are made about two weeks following the transactions, minus any deductions made toward your balance due.
