When modifying your machine inventory, there are two options for setting your changes. Force Changes will set the changes as soon as you save. Only use this option when the new product you are assigning is currently in the machine. Scheduled changes will go into effect at the next service. Prekitting will call for the new item to be placed in the machine.
Make necessary product changes before modifying quantities and pars. All price changes will be processed immediately.
-
For an online machine, click Modify Inventory / Prices at the bottom of the Machine View. For an offline machine, click Modify Parlevels / Prices at the bottom of the machine view.
-
At the top left of the screen is a dropdown menu that displays the current machine. You can use this dropdown to quickly jump to another machine by searching for the machine or location name.
-
Along the top right of the screen are checkboxes that you can use to display the different attributes for slots you would like to edit. By default, Parlevel and Quantity are shown for each slot, but you can display Price and Capacity as well. Parlevel displays the optimal quantity of product each slot should have when filled. Quantity represents the current quantity, but is not shown for offline machines. Price displays the price your customers pay for that product, and Capacity represents the maximum number of items that slot can physically hold.
