Purpose

This article outlines all of the network requirements that are needed to accommodate Parlevel Micro Market kiosks. 

 

Internet Requirements

Regardless of whether through a wired or wireless connection, kiosks will have some requirements as to speed and port access.

We recommend a network speed of at least 8Mbps. Any slower than this and the kiosk's performance will be downgraded considerably (may cause what customers call a "frozen" kiosk).

Kiosks must be able to establish outbound connections through the hosts and ports listed in the Mico Market Network Requirements section below.

 

Micro Market Network Requirements

You may need to contact the kiosk location's IT team in order to request that these ports be opened on the network to which the kiosk is connected. Please ask that the following ports are accessible on the network:

• 9443
• 443
• 80
