The Breakdown Prekitting feature is available in the Advanced tab of any route's settings, found under Settings > Routing > Routes > Edit Routes. This feature is only used in the case of a machine on the route experiencing a breakdown alert preventing communication with the VMS.
If the machine is online, the VMS will use the updated data to prekit a machine, but if the machine is experiencing communication issues, Breakdown Prekitting will step in, calculating and forecasting prekitting based on the machine's historical sales data.
