Purpose

This article outlines the process for requesting activation or Deactivation for Parlevel devices.
 

Process

Please note: All Payplus and Nayax devices are shipped out active unless otherwise noted or specifically requested by the sales/account rep.
 

Nayax Devices

To activate devices please fill out the Activation Request form found on the Parlevel website.

  1. If you are already a Parlevel Operator and have devices with us, then we will activate the devices and make them available to you within up to 2 business days after form submission.
     
  2. If you are new to Parlevel, then our team will reach out to help you get set up as a Parlevel customer. Once you’re set up, we will activate the devices soon after.

To deactivate devices please fill out the Deactivation Request form found on the Parlevel website.
 

PayPlus, PayPlus Omni, and PicoVend Devices

To activate or deactivate one of these devices please fill out the Activation/Deactivation form.

When on the form please click the arrow to open the drop down and select Activation or Deactivation appropriately.

Please provide as much information as possible regarding the company and the devices that were purchased so Support can activate the devices as quickly as possible.
