Parlevel - H12 - Requesting Activation for New Devices


Please note: the device or devices you have purchased are currently not active. This means if you try to install them at a machine before activation, they will not work. By following the directions below, you can start the process of getting them activated and working on your machines.

To activate your devices, visit the following website and submit the Activation Request form:

If you are already a Parlevel operator and have devices with us, then we will activate the devices and make them available to you within up to 2 business days after form submission.


If you are new to Parlevel, then our team will reach out to help you get set up as a Parlevel customer. Once you’re set up, we will activate the devices soon after.

Please provide as much information as possible about your company and the devices that were purchased so we can activate your devices as quickly as possible.
