Purpose

This article outlines the analytics report that shows an overview of all sales by asset. The title changes from Machine Sales to POS Sales if Markets are enabled in the VMS.
 

Process

1. Log into the Organization's VMS.
    
2. Navigate to Analytics.
    
3. Select Vending Financial.
    
4. Select Machine Sales or POS Sales.
    
5. Select desired date range.
    
6. Select Machine Group.
    
7. Press the green play button to pull the report.

Table Totals

• Total Sales: The total value of products sold across all assets within the set date range.
   

Table Columns

Each row in the table is a separate asset.

• Asset: A unique, customizable ID assigned to the asset.
   
• Name: Asset name. Clicking the name opens the asset's modal.
   
• Route: Asset's assigned Route.
   
• Location: Asset's assigned Location.
   
• Account: Asset's assigned Account.
   
• Device ID: POS or telemetry device serial number.
   
• Offline: The connection status. Options are 'Offline' or 'Connected'.
   
• Bottler No.: A customizable ID assigned to the asset ('N/A' if unassigned).
   
• Type: Asset type.
   
• Cash Sales: Total cash sales reported within the set date range.
   
• Cashless Sales: Total cashless sales reported within the set date range.
   
• Two Tier Fees: Fee added to each Cashless Sale at checkout, set in Machine Settings or Market Settings.
   
• Total Sales: Total value of products sold within the set date range.
   
• Daily Average: The reported daily sales average within the set date range.
   
• Cash Collected: Total cash collected within the set date range.
   
• Total Collected: Total cash and cashless sales collected within the set date range. Cashless sales are "collected" from service during Route Consolidation.
   
• Total Revenue: Total cash collected plus cashless sales reported within the set date range.
   
• No. of Services: Number of services of the asset within the set date range.
   
• Service Average: Average amount of collected cash and cashless "collected" from service.
   
• Status: The active status. Options are 'Active' or 'Deleted'.
   
• Report: Click the bar graph icon to view that specific asset's Machine Full Report for the set date range.
   

Charts

• Cash/Cashless Sales: A graph comparing Cash Sales and Cashless Sales based on the highest Total Sales within the set date range.
   
• Service Average: A graph based on the highest Service Average within the set date range.
   
• Daily Average: A graph of the Daily Average based on the highest Total Sales within the set date range.
