Parlevel - What do the colors mean under RTP (Ready to Prekit)?
Updated

On the route planning page, Ready to Prekit (RTP) has a series of colors used to indicate how long has passed since the machine has received communication and/or the inventory was updated.

This is useful to reference when calculating prekitting, since a machine that has been offline for some time may need additional units of product to bring a selection to parlevel.

  • Green: A green icon indicates the VMS has communicated with the machine's telemeter in the last 3 hours.
  • Yellow: A yellow icon indicates the machine has communicated in the last 3 to 8 hours.
  • Red: A red icon indicates that it has been over 8 hours since the machine communicated, and there may be an issue at the machine or telemeter.
  • Black: A black icon indicates that the machine is offline.
