Purpose
This article outlines the POS Sales by Day report.
How to Access the Report
- From your Org's VMS, navigate to Analytics > Vending Financial > POS Sales by Day.
- Set a date range, then click the green play button to run the report. The default date range displayed will be for the last month of sales.
Table Columns
- Asset: The custom designating ID assigned to the machine.
- Name: The name of the machine. This is a clickable link that will open the Machine Modal.
- Route: The route the machine is on.
- Location: The machine's location.
- Account: the account the machine belongs to.
- Device ID: the ID of the device.
- Offline: Status of the machine's connectivity.
- Type: the device type.
- Cash Sales: Total cash sales reported within the set date range.
- Cashless Sales: The total cashless sales reported within the set date range.
- Wallet Sales: The total sales that occurred from customers' wallet reported with the set date range.
- Two Tier Fees: the fees assessed for specific payment cards.
- Total Sales: The total value of products sold within the set date range.
- Daily Average: The reported daily sales average within the set date range.
- Cash Collected: The total cash collected from the machine during service within the set date range.
- Total Collected: The total cash collected from the machine during service plus cashless sales within the set date range.
- Total Revenue: The total cash sales plus cashless sales plus wallet sales reported within the set date range.
The remaining column headers will be the days during the date range specified, with the day's sales listed in the columns.
Each column header can be clicked to sort the results displayed. If there are more results than the page displays, navigate through the results using the arrows at the bottom of the page.
Under Options, the report can be export or printed.
