Parlevel - What do I do if I encounter a strange issue while I am using the system?
First you should trattempt a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R for PC and CMD+Shift+R for Mac). If the system has been updated recently, you may need to refresh in order to use the new update. If the issue persists after refreshing, you may contact Parlevel Hero Support by phone, Slack, or email and they will assist you in resolving it.
