Enable Mobile Purchases must be enabled/checked off from the VMS for the kiosk QR code to appear. This checkbox can be enabled
From the Edit Market page, you can click the Settings tab, and on the left side at the bottom, you can click the checkbox and save your changes. The page as it appears is seen below.
