ADM - Dietary Nutrition Analysis (DNA) - Customer Experience

Purpose 

The purpose of this article is to outline how an End User will interact with the Daily Nutrition Analysis (DNA) feature. For information related to the set-up and operation of DNA, please see ADM - Dietary Nutrition Analysis (DNA) - Operator Guide.

 

Overview

Mobile

  1. An End User will select a product from a menu with the DNA feature enabled. The Menu can display color coded DNA labels and total calorific amount on the product.

  2. Once an item has been selected, further information will display. A View Nutrition button will show full nutrition facts.

  3. In the View Nutrition Page, End Users can see a full nutritional breakdown of the selected product.

  4. In the customer's cart, they will be able to see the nutritional information and any Healthy Living Discounts they have received.

ReadyTouch
