Overview
This article details the Standard Reports, which can be found on the Lightspeed Administration page.
Current Status
This tool is used to monitor the picking team from the office. It shows the route, the start time, the end estimate, and gives an idea of the estimated pick time and how many items they have left to finish.
Current Status Page Color Key
- Order ID:
- Purple - order was not fully picked, but was sent to the provider. You will see this when you have mirrored zones. This can also occur if an unpicked order is pushed to the provider using Provider Updates.
- Provider Status:
- Green - order sent to provider successfully
- Orange - there was an error sending the order to the provider
- Red - order was sent successfully to the provider and the provider returned an error with the data issues (this only happens at Canteen).
- Blue - order was canceled.
- Zone:
- Green - Complete
- Orange- Not Picked
- Routes:
- Route Name:
- Purple- had orders that were not fully picked but sent to the provider (see above)
- Orders (Zone Name):
- Green- all orders picked
- Orange- orders remaining to be picked
- Red- Error with orders in route sending to the provider.
- Route Picked:
- Blue- route orders is not equal to route picked
- Route Name:
Total Products By Days
This report gives you a list of all products ordered broken down by cases and singles. It has a bulk rounding feature to have even numbers and can be broken down by zone.
Product List
This gives a list of all products for a specified zone and their locations. It tells you their product category and case count as well. This tool is useful when looking for a specific product and determining what product category it is in. The search tool at the top allows you to quickly find data without going through all pages. This can also be exported as Excel, PDF, or Word files.
Eight-Week Product Report
This report gives you the total products ordered and picked for 8 weeks. It is broken down by zone and product and includes bring backs. Useful for ordering and forecasting. This report breaks down week to week to show increases and decreases for each product.
Changed Product
This report gives a list of any product that was swapped for another product. Broken down by customer/POS. This report is useful to monitor what was put in the machine against the planogram.
Product with Changed Quantity
This report gives a list of all products with changed quantities by the route. This report can be broken down by date, route, and zone, and is based on order date.
Products with Zero Quantity
This report shows all orders that had a product reduced to 0. This report is run on a date range and can be used for ordering and forecasting to avoid running out of a product. It shows the original order count, the row/coil, and the quantity ordered.
FastTrack Route Cost Summary
This report is based on the order date, the number of employees picking, and their hourly wage. It gives the total picking time, the total product picked, and the employee picking time is averaged with cost to show the cost per pick.
Route Summary by Zone
This report gives a summary of each route for a specified zone. It shows the total picking time, total number of orders, how much was picked, and the average picks/cases by the hour. This report is run on a date range and can also be exported for ease of access.
Route Detail by Zone
This report gives details for every order brought into LightSpeed that is filtered to a specified zone. It shows the pick times and the employee that picked for tracking purposes. Based on order date and route, this report is useful for employee accountability and the reduction of mistakes.
Tote Summary by Route
This report shows how many totes were used for each route based on the order date. Broken down by customer and machine number, this report will specify how many tote tickets were printed at the time of picking, and also includes a total for each zone and route.
Product Totals by Route
This report is based on a date range and gives a total of all products ordered for each route as well as what was picked. Broken down by product, this report is used for forecasting, planning, and ordering, as well as being useful with inventory counts.
Product Ranking by Zone
This report is used to determine the high-volume products for a specified amount of time in each zone. It identifies the top 10, the bottom 10, and lists their locations. This is beneficial when determining the location size for each product, and inventory when ordering.
Product Picked by Date Range
Based on a date range, zone, route, and category, this report generates a list of all products picked within a date range. It can be narrowed down to a specific criterion based on your needs. The report returns the total ordered and total picked for each product. It also includes a total of all specified information.
Product Returns by Route
This report is based on a specified date range and generates a list of all products returned using LightSpeed. It is narrowed down by route and includes ordered, picked, and returned fields, along with a list of all products. There is the option to suppress zeroes, and using this will only return products that have a returned quantity.
Product Returns by Date
This report is based on a specified date and generates a list of all products returned using LightSpeed. It is narrowed down by route and includes ordered, picked, and returned fields along with a list of all products. This report is based on the picked date.
Product Returns by Route/ Vendmax
This report is based on the picked date and generates a list of all products returned using lightspeed for Vendmax only. It is narrowed down by route and includes ordered, picked, and returned fields along with a list of all products. There is the option to suppress zeroes and using this will only return products that have a returned quantity.
Employee Pick Quantities
This report gives a detailed list of all products picked by an employee based on the date range. This tool is useful to determine how many items an employee pulled in their workday. It also shows individual products, what was ordered, and what was picked.
- Text Report will show a list of items picked by each employee by zone over a time range.
- Chart Report will show a bar graph of each employee's picks by zone for a single day.
- Full-Time Period needs to be checked if the employee picks past 11:59 PM to display the most accurate information.
Employee Pick by Route Quantities
This report gives a detailed list of all products picked by an employee by the route. It is based on the date range. This tool is useful to determine how many items an employee pulled in their workday based on the Product category. It also shows individual products, what was ordered, and what was picked. The order can be broken down by cases and singles. It has a bulk rounding feature to have even numbers and can be broken down by zone.
Employee Picks by Zone
Based on the order date, this report shows all employees by zone, their pick times from start to finish, the total items pulled, and the calculated pick time. This report is useful for finding the average picks per employee per day.
Employee Time - Hourly Summary
This report generates the employee picks based on an hour-to-hour basis. It generates total orders for the entire day broken down by employee and by the hour. This report is based on pick date and can be exported to excel, pdf, or word.
Employee Pick Times - by Zone/ Route
This report is based on pick date and generates a list of the picking times per employee. Narrowed down by zone and route, this report lists first pick, last pick, clock time and pick time.
Clock time represents being logged into an iPad but not actively pulling a route. This report can be used to determine which routes an employee picked and how long they were picking each route.
Employee Time by Date
Based on a date range, this report gives an overview of employee picking times within a specified time. It lists each day the picker worked, first pick, last pick, clock time, and pick time.
Full-Time Period needs to be checked if the client picks past 11:59 PM to display the most accurate information.
Employee Picks Total
This report displays employees' total picks per hour. Option to run by day, or by the picker.
Employee Picks By Date
This Report displays the full-page pick sheets for a selected date and route.
Full-page Pick Sheets
Based on order date and route, this report generates a list of what was pulled for each machine/kiosk and gives a space for written notes. This report is printed after picking, and is to be sent with the driver. It can be set up to automatically print so that it can go in the tote with the ticket. This report has written space for shorts/spoil, and any money collected from the machine. It is useful to give the driver, to track what came out of the machine/kiosk.
Products without Lights
This is a generated list of all products that were pulled from a zone using the product category instead of having a light position. This is called unlit product, and the report is useful when considering inventory and products that are commonly asked for but do not have a light assignment. This list is based on a picking date range and shows category, product code, and product name to more easily identify the product that could need a light assignment if it is a high-volume product.
Unmapped Product
Similar to products without lights, this list is for mobile and shows all products that were pulled from the z1z1 location. It gives their product code, category, and product name.
Escalated Orders
This report displays orders selected by Category and zone.
Transfers and Returns by Date Range
This report displays by selected date range items that have been transferred from an area (WHSE) to a destination. Examples include "return," "spoil," etc.
Quality Control Report
This report displays the status of a QC's order. The report can be run by date range or by order id.
FastTrack Time by Zone
This Report displays the pick time for FastTrack zones based on the Pick date selected from the calendar.
Zone Report Groups
This report allows you to see the total amount of products picked from a specific zone group. Zone groups may be created on the Pick Zone Edit screen.
