Purpose
This article walks through how to add a service charge to a Back Office order.
To create a service charge, please see the Add Service Charges Guide.
Process
To add a service charge to an order:
- Go to the Order Module.
- Find the Order to add a Service Charge to.
- Click the three vertical dots > eye icon to View/Edit.
- Go to the Items tab.
- Click the dropdown for + Add Service Charge, and choose which charge to add.
- The charge(s) will then show up under Order Charges.
- The charge(s) will also be reflected in the Total.
- Click the red X button to delete the charge, or the pencil icon to edit the charge if needed.
- When finished, click Save, then Confirm Order.
