Purpose
The purpose of this article is to outline the 'Forgot Password' recovery steps of the 365Pay App.
Process
- Select the Forgot Password button from the Login options on the 365Pay App screen.
- An Internet Browser page will open on your smart device. From here, enter the Email account associated with your 365Pay account, then select Continue.
- If the Email Address was valid, a success notification will display, instructing you to change your password via the email that was just sent to your account.
- Open your email account and navigate to the message that was sent. If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder and wait 5 minutes, then check again.
- Click on the link provided in the email. You will now be taken to a new internet browser page, where you will be able to reset password. Create your new password, then select Save & Login.
- Close the Internet browser tab, then navigate back to the App.
- Log in using your new password.
