Purpose

The purpose of this article is to outline the 'Forgot Password' recovery steps of the 365Pay App

 

Process

  1. Select the Forgot Password button from the Login options on the 365Pay App screen.

  2. An Internet Browser page will open on your smart device. From here, enter the Email account associated with your 365Pay account, then select Continue.

  3. If the Email Address was valid, a success notification will display, instructing you to change your password via the email that was just sent to your account.

  4. Open your email account and navigate to the message that was sent. If the email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder and wait 5 minutes, then check again. 

  5. Click on the link provided in the email. You will now be taken to a new internet browser page, where you will be able to reset password. Create your new password, then select Save & Login.

  6. Close the Internet browser tab, then navigate back to the App. 

  7. Log in using your new password.
