ADM

What’s New!

We are introducing a great new feature of Gift Cards in ADM! This new offering will allow Operators to create a Gift Card that can be handed out to end consumers to either fund an existing GMA account or be used to make one-time purchases. Gift Cards are going to offer incredible flexibility in how Operators can distribute funds and reward consumers, thus allowing for numerous new use cases to be handled. Please note that this feature is entering a BETA period the week of August 8^th for V5 and 365Dining and is not generally available for use yet.
Creating new ADM Users can be a time-consuming task if there are numerous Orgs and Locations that need to be included in the permission set. To help streamline this process, we have added in a new “Copy” option that will mirror the Org and Location permissions from an existing User to a new User. This process will make it easier to establish new accounts in ADM if individuals need similar access levels.

We have fixed a bug on the Account Adjustment report that was causing the Start and End Balances to list as $0. With this fix, the report will once again show accurate balances for consumers, so Operators can get better insight into each Adjustment.
