The following new features and fixes were deployed on 9/20/21
ADM
What’s New!
- We have expanded upon current Payroll Deduct functionality to provide support for additional use cases. Payroll Deduct can now function in an offline mode, meaning that devices no longer have to be online for consumers to use the auto complete checkout method. As long as the setting is enabled and the consumer has not yet hit their period spend limit, Payroll Deduct will function the same way offline as it does online. Please note that Auto Funding with Payroll Deduct in the App will no longer be supported with this update as users will now be able to automatically have funds used at the kiosk in all scenarios. This feature does need to be enabled by 365, so if you are interested in enabling it at an existing location, please contact your 365 Sales Rep for more information.
- One of the most common requests that we receive from operators is to have better visibility into the connection status for their devices. We want to put as much information as possible into the hands of our operators so that they can make detailed and informed decisions about what is and is not an issue. As part of this release, we have added in a “Last Check” and a “Next Check” status on Status alert popups and on the Device Summary page. This information will let users know when we will attempt to automatically ping the device again for an updated status to provide the most accurate data.
Bug Fixes
- There was a bug on the Promotion Analysis report that was causing items not actually included in the promo to show on the report results. With this fix, only items that were associated with the promotion will be returned in the report.
- We have fixed a bug on the Pick List Manager page that was causing the “Last Pick List Pushed” column to not have a date and time. With this fix, the column will once again be displaying the most recent Pick List that was successfully pushed through to Inventory.
